Another old school favourite song that came to my mind during our bi-lingual worship today, maybe also because Su was thinking of the same song and playing it on the synth :)
Well, i found today's bi-lingual service great! I personally loved the end when Ps Chris prayed for all of us and asked us to repeat after him. Whenever i said a sentence, i really felt God's presence and His anointing over us as we were praying. It was as though after each statement His presence was just getting stronger and stronger and stronger! I could feel Him just all around me and in me, and i felt so released after we finished praying that prayer. Many were deeply affected by the prayer as it was evident, and i felt a change in the atmosphere.
So for devotion today i decided to read up a bit on decisions/plans. Stig came up to me this morning after our fellowship lunch and told me that i should have the courage to go up to Henry and ask him to let me join his group. My first reaction was like 'woah!', why is Stig telling me to join Henry's group? Then i thought about it, and thought that its not really a bad idea, but i don't find anything wrong in Adrian's group, it's just a bit more catered towards the international students so he goes slower to help them understand. Then i talked to a few people about the idea and they all told me to do one thing, which was to pray. Prayer didn't sound like a bad option, but i soon realised that most of my prayers were usually answered through other people and not from God directly, i usually wonder why... So anyway i talked to Henry about it and he said that he'll pray about it, and at the same time told me to prayer about it too.
So i read Proverbs 16
1 To man belong the plans of the heart,
but from the LORD comes the reply of the tongue.
3 Commit to the LORD whatever you do,
and your plans will succeed.
9 In his heart a man plans his course,
but the LORD determines his steps.
33 The lot is cast into the lap,
but its every decision is from the LORD.
So ultimately, it's all up to God to decide which cell group i should go to. I just hope that I'll be able to hear the right answer, that is according to God's will.

I was about to send you the lyrics for the song but then I checked your blog and saw that you found it already.
Another old school favourite of ours.... we should get together to compile a list.
Do not fear, God will lead you... Get into prayer room and dont stop till you hear from Him!
