Fun Fun Fun!! Had worshipnet today, which was great! then went out for lunch(yumcha), after that sent sam to the airport, went to have dinner at some cafe in norwood, and watched kungfu panda!! Aaah so fun yet tiring.. Can't wait for tomorrow coz its gonna be Sunday(which are always great!) and then after that it's Hillsong!! One great day after another, followed by many many more!
Tomorrow's gonna be great coz morning service is gonna be amazing, followed by more wonderful time of worshipping in the evening, ending off with our great Sunday worship/prayer session at night! Wow, being in God's presence with God's people is just the best! You can never enough of it!
Day 2
What spoke to me was Genesis 3:6.
6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
So what i learnt from this verse was that sin represented the fruit that Eve took, and to her she saw that it was good, was pleasant, and was desirable. So similarly to us, even though sin isn't represent just as simple as a fruit anymore, im sure that the characteristics and traits are still the same. Sin to use would seem to be good, pleasant to the eye, and desirable. So anything that's like that to our flesh, would be sin. I'm sure that everyone by now would now what their weaknesses are and what are the sin's that they're facing in their lives would be. For me personally, i had realised what my sins were, and they were all because of my weak control over my fleshly body. Soo im working on crucifying my flesh daily, and walking learning to walk more in the spirit.
I think i've said this before, but once again in 2 Chronicles 7:14, we are told to turn from our wicked ways(which was what God pointed out to me really blatantly, and other stuff), then He will hear from heaven, forgive our sin and heal our land. That's my current focus which im working towards to, and really purging out everything that's wicked in God's sight.
How we need the river, how we need the rain, living water flow to us again, we pray..
