For Who You are
For all You've done
With all i am
In all i do
Your still the same
You never change
Your love remains
I love You Lord.

Hmm met up with tim liu for badminton today, was good just to meet up and have a chat with him to see how things are going.. Realised that God has also showed me some of the friends i made in my new tute classes can be brought to church, and that i should get to know them better.. Since the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. I have asked God to send me, and so He has placed people in my life for me to reach out to. Obedience is key!

Day 34.

Well today its on the making of the tabernacle. God gave instructions as to how He wanted the ark, table for the bread of the Presence, candlestick, bread, curtains, and many more items to be made.. God gave very clear and precise information as to how He wanted everything to be, and even to the extend of measurements and materials for different parts of the items. While reading it, it made me realised how much of a perfectionist God was.. He wanted everything to be made in the tabernacle to be perfect and just as He had planned, but all this is no surprise since He is God and He is worthy. This perfect God was also the God who created the heavens and the earth, and not to mention, us humans as well! So if God who is a perfectionist created us, that means that we must be perfect in His sight! That's really great to know that we are at least perfect n someone's sight, and that person is God.

Then the later part of the passage it talked about creating the veil that would separate the holy place from the most holy place(Exodus 26:33). And this reminded me of one of the sermons at hillsong where one of the speakers was telling us that we have to get rid of the veil that separates us from God, because the veil prevents intimacy... He then went on to give a visual example of a married couple who is getting married, and the woman has a veil over her face as part of the wedding gown set.. in order for the man to kiss his wife, he first has to lift the veil which is preventing him from having "intimacy" with her.. Only after the veil is lifted, then can we enter into the most holy place where God is, and have intimacy with Him.

So the question is this: What is the veil in our life that is preventing us from intimacy with God?
