Day 54.
To be led by a cloud in the day, and fire in a cloud at night is just something that is simply so extraordinary that i can never imagine it happening. Then after that, to have manna and quail in the middle of nowhere that is enough to feed a few hundred thousand is just so amazing, and something that seems so impossible!! The amount of miracles that God did back then and the type of miracles that He did was just something that is so out of this world, and hard to believe that it would actually happen in our present times. But what i found really interesting was this:
6 Then He said,
Even plainly, and not in dark sayings;
And he sees the form of the LORD.
Why then were you not afraid
To speak against My servant Moses?”
In these few verses, God clearly says that He will speak to His prophets(which we all are?) through visions and in our dreams. But for Moses, he was special, and God spoke with Him directly, openly, and not in riddles. So sometimes God speaks to us in riddles as well? And does that mean that God will not speak to us directly? or did that change since we now have the Holy Spirit?
